Bullet Train is fast paced first-person shooter based around defending cargo on a train from hordes of enemies. This is done using a combination of weapons and turrets.
The game was created during the final project of my Game Art degree at Full Sail University. I was the art lead on the project and contributed to a large variety of the art in the game.
So I was walking around Boston in Google maps street view (totally normal thing to do) and I found this interesting street view.
Here is the actual screen grab I did:
The main thing of this project was to create some interesting lighting on these 4 buildings. The reason why I liked the photo so much was because there was a lot of orange and blue present in the lighting.
Once again everything was created in Maya and Photoshop and assembled in UDK.
This project focused on using a few tile-able textures and decals to add interest to boring walls. This is actually a recreation of a cool alleyway I found on Google maps.
All of the meshes were creating using Maya and textured using Photoshop. Instead of sculpting the normal maps I used Crazybump to generate them from textures I created in Photoshop CS5.
